recently i have made some changes in my lifestyle,

from making these lifestyle changes i have become a positive/happier person!

i thought i would share with you all how i stay positive.

just before i do go into i would like to say that these are my ways and might not make you happy everyone has different things to make them happy!

enjoyyy..

-listening to positive music-i love any music but up beat music defiantly gets me excited for Summer and summer makes me happy!when 2016 started i deleted all my sad songs off my phone and it has made such a difference!

-surrounding myself with positive people-i bet lots of people say this but it is so so true! if you are friends with happy people and they listen and care for you it makes you happy and it is such a nice feeling to have!

-writing blogs - sharing my opinions and thoughts with people online helps me so much even just sharing what i use on my skin makes me happy.

-doing things you enjoy-if you are doing certain things you hate or your doing something someone has made you done is not worth it!do things that make you happy i took a long break of blogging awhile ago because i didn't enjoy now i love it so maybe give it time!

-like your body- right now am not really happy with my body,i found out that am going away in summer and i want to feel confident so am trying to become healthy which is makin me feel a lot better!

this is priming with the stars by benefit!
i hope you enjoy!

am a really big fan of benefits sets i only have this one but many of my friends have different sets! i just think they are a great way to test out the products and  i think more brands should do this. primping with the stars includes;
-bene tint
-girl meets pearl
-theyre real mascara
- stay dont stray
-some kind-a gorgeous
-porefessional

i think the amount of product there give is just the right amount,i was really unsure about buying the full sized porefessional but now i have tested it out i can make my mind up.the big thing i love is the tips and tricks i think that it is just a great way for people including myself to know how to properly use the product.also the fact you can cut the tips and tricks bit off and there is a mirror which is super cool!
i think the overall product box is wonderful am absolutely in love with the pattern of this box it is also very perfect for travel as it has everything you nee

hey hey!

so today i thought i would talk about my panic attacks as many people out there face them.

my panic attacks can come whenever and over the most stupid things ever!

i had one this week because me and my friend were really late for school(i stress over been late)

and it didn't help that we were running up hill.

when we got in school i stated to freak out,i have a really good teacher who helps me with my panic attacks.

i hate panic attacks so much because for however long it goes on for i feel like i might die i feel like the whole world is looking at me and on top of all theses feeling i feel stupid and silly.

after a panic i can barely stand as anyone who faces panic attacks you will know that you feel very very faint and it sucks.

i have a very good book called 'calm'

i got it from Urban outfitters and i love it,it talks about how to be calm and how to be yourself it helps me calm down! which is good because that's the title hah.

i hope one day i will be able to control my panic attacks without no help

but for the moment i do need help to calm myself

each time i have a panic attack it makes me stronger

sometimes making a negative thing into positive can be really good!

let me know if you know any tips of having  a panic attack?

hey hey!

hope you are all well?

it is finally my half term Holiday even though it is only for a week i just nee it!

so i i was looking through my lipsticks the other day and i was just thinking which ones i cannot wait to wear in the summer!

i got the best idea to do all the different seasons with lipsticks!

hope you enjoy!

SPRING;

okay,so light pinks all year round are my favourite but i think spring is the perfect match for this lipstick!this is by loreal in shade Doutzes nude,it doesn't have much colour to it as it makes out however i do most of the time and a more tinted lip gloss over it just to make it more of a stronger colour. for me this lipstick would be for a day out as it is just a lip colour i like to have for a natural look not a full face look, because this is not a matte formula an not that tinted it does come off very easy so i always carry it around with me. overall i think this colour is just perfect for spring and i will be definitely wearng it this spring!

SUMMER;

i got this lipstick last year for my birthday and i love it! super strong colour it is by mac and is called chatterbox.it is i wold say like a hot pink which i think  it is just perfect for Summer.it isn't matte but can stay on your lips for a very long time, the spring colour as i said wold be more of a day time sort of lipstick but this one is more of a night time wear or if yo are going somewhere fabulous during the day this will be very good! again am very excited to be waring this soon!

AUTUMN;
this is by Avon in power plum! it is a really dark purple which is perfect for autumn i wore this a lot in autumn and i love it,it stays on for so long super super tinted which is great!
am a big fan of Avon and i do think they should add it in drugstores.i wouldn't say it was matte it is a little bit i would say,am just a really big fan of this lipstick!

WINTER;
this is mac velvet teddy now there is many other lipsticks i could have put for winter but this is really what i wear everywhere i just love it! it is very matte which i like however it does still come out on like Costa coffee lids and things, but i can deal with it.i do want to a that you really should add lip balm i just put an eos on then my lips feel less tight.i think it is just a beautiful colour and i cant get enough of it!

i hope you liked this blog!

i love doing reviews and i think this was a bit different,

thanks for reading.

oh also i got twitter so go follow me!

hey hey!

so as 1 out of the many teenagers out there who have to face school everyday

i thought hey why not talk about it!

my school life is fairly simply i have many friends some i only speak to every now and then but some i can talk to for ages,

i like to see myself as one of those people who just gets on with everyone which i do,but i have my besties like you probably do.

you know the people who you can tell anything to?

my friends are what make my school life on a level of sort of great!

am still waiting for a book that is wrote from a teenagers point of view, they probably is one out there but i haven't found it yet!

sometimes high school for me can be very lonely seen as though nearly all my friends have boyfriends, but am cool with that.

i could rant all day about school about makeup rules and all the other daft rules they have but i would be wasting my energy because who is really going to listen to a 13 year old girl who writes blogs?

the one thing i disagree with most about school is that teachers are allowed to shout at you but that's just me!

school is like this big hot mess that everyone wants to ignore but the reality of it s we cant we have to face it and the more you ignore it the more it will just haunt you in the future!

(am writing this a btit late so i probably will do a part 2 maybe!)

i hope you all sort of like school!

hey hey!

i hope you are all having a lovely day!

my weekend has been super boring!

so today am going to talk about my skincare

so before i start i know some people might say that i use a lot of product on my face but they really work for me anyway lets get on!

so to start of my day i like to refresh my face by using the clean and clear morning energy, this really brightens up my skin and makes me look really awake. it is lemon and papaya extract i love the smell of lemon! this product really makes my skin soft, when a school day i sometimes go to school without any makeup on or if i do it is a bit of concealer and powder. this really just helps my face get ready for the day and removes any dirt and oil from the night.

when i get home i like to cleanse my face to take of my makeup with the nivea sentive 3 in 1 micellar cleansing water. if am wearing a lot of makeup during the day and  i haven't fully got it of with a make remover wipe this really helps get in my skin and take off every aspect of my make up off.

with all these products i use this facial washer i don't know what it is called original  i got it for Christmas and it is the best things ever! this really gets in my pores and really cleans my skin. i use the cleansing water with this and you can just see all the access makeup on the brush which is really good to see in a weird way just to know that my face is makeup free is a really nice feeling.

i am obsessed  with neutrogenar! the brand really works for my skin i would recommend this facial wash this really clears my spots makes my face feel healthy and i find that if i don't use this i have a really bad break out this product if my all time favourite!

so this is a blackhead clear this gets rid of my oil from my skin it tiggles my skin a lot but this has made my skin wonderful! again it makes it smooth and fresh. the really bad thing is it makes my skin really dry but then i just use my moisturiser on  my skin after.

so that it my skincare!

i hope you enjoyed am really enjoying blogging more!

i have a lot of event coming up soon with Friends and day outs so am hoping to do like a vlog-blog

so am excited for that!
see you soon!

hey hey!

so as a teen girl and as many others can relate we make a lot of mistakes,we do things that maybe we shouldn't have.

i haven't done something awful don't worry!

am not going to tell you what i have don't it isn't even bad but for personally reasons.

but i really wanted to write a blog because i feel like people are so scared to do things wrong or make mistakes when really we have to do things wrong because we learn from them.

my mum always says 'when you make a mistake you will get a huge lesson which will make you the person you are today'

and after today i only started to believe it.

my life isn't going to be easy am 13 years old and the things i have been through are crazy, but i wont let my passed my mistakes define me i will let them make me into a better person.

don't get me wrong am very scared of what might happen in the future but for now am here am in this moment and i think i just have to live it and go with it,if something bad happens i now know that one day everything will be good and that nothing lasts forever.

i cant go back in time and redo all my mistakes so i have to live with them but what if i don't want to live with them,i have a choice just like you,you can stay in your passed forever or you can move on i know its hard and scary but one day we have to move one!

from now on i regret nothing

i live my life

because that day will come were it will be over

say what you feel

speak what you think

be happy!

hey hey!

so this is my first post of 2016 and am so excited!

i am sorry i haven't posted for awhile i have just been busy,i have now got a blog book for all my ideas for blogs!
anyway lets get on!

so today am doing a review i will be doing lots of reviews hopefully this year!

this one is the revolution palette iconic 3.enjoy!

so recently i have been really loving revolution so i bought this palette and i have just loved it!

so this is the palette,i never really go for revolution it hasn't really stood out until now.i really wanted a palette with nice nudes just for an everyday wear so when i came across this it was perfect and it is cheap and affordable i think(£5) you can probably get this at any where that sells revolution i got my from superdrug.

so these are all the colours,in every palette i just love the lay out of the colours how they go in a certain way.the thing which would be really good if this palette had would be a mirror,i go to my Friends houses alot to get ready for party's or gatherings so i will be travailing with this a lot it just sucks that it doesn't have a mirror.

the ones with the black boxes are my favourite colours in this palette, some colours are matte but some are really glittery.the first one the creme colour is all ways my base colour  find that the colour really helps cover my eyes like a concealer would.the golden and the pinkie colour are the best glitter ones in this palette i like using it in the corner of my eye.

so that is it overall am in love with this palette would recommend it as well!
let me know if you want anymore reviews!
