hey hey!

so today i thought i would talk about my panic attacks as many people out there face them.

my panic attacks can come whenever and over the most stupid things ever!

i had one this week because me and my friend were really late for school(i stress over been late)

and it didn't help that we were running up hill.

when we got in school i stated to freak out,i have a really good teacher who helps me with my panic attacks.

i hate panic attacks so much because for however long it goes on for i feel like i might die i feel like the whole world is looking at me and on top of all theses feeling i feel stupid and silly.

after a panic i can barely stand as anyone who faces panic attacks you will know that you feel very very faint and it sucks.

i have a very good book called 'calm'

i got it from Urban outfitters and i love it,it talks about how to be calm and how to be yourself it helps me calm down! which is good because that's the title hah.

i hope one day i will be able to control my panic attacks without no help 

but for the moment i do need help to calm myself 

each time i have a panic attack it makes me stronger 

sometimes making a negative thing into positive can be really good!

hope you are all well?

it is finally my half term Holiday even though it is only for a week i just nee it!

so i i was looking through my lipsticks the other day and i was just thinking which ones i cannot wait to wear in the summer!

i got the best idea to do all the different seasons with lipsticks!

hope you enjoy!

SPRING;

okay,so light pinks all year round are my favourite but i think spring is the perfect match for this lipstick!this is by loreal in shade Doutzes nude,it doesn't have much colour to it as it makes out however i do most of the time and a more tinted lip gloss over it just to make it more of a stronger colour. for me this lipstick would be for a day out as it is just a lip colour i like to have for a natural look not a full face look,because this is not a matte formula an not that tinted it does come off very easy so i always carry it around with me. overall i think this colour is just perfect for spring and i will be definitely wearng it this spring!

SUMMER;

i got this lipstick last year for my birthday and i love it! super strong colour it is by mac and is called chatterbox.it is i wold say like a hot pink which i think  it is just perfect for Summer.it isn't matte but can stay on your lips for a very long time,the spring colour as i said wold be more of a day time sort of lipstick but this one is more of a night time wear or if yo are going somewhere fabulous during the day this will be very good! again am very excited to be waring this soon!

AUTUMN;
this is by Avon in power plum! it is a really dark purple which is perfect for autumn i wore this a lot in autumn and i love it,it stays on for so long super super tinted which is great!
am a big fan of Avon and i do think they should add it in drugstores.i wouldn't say it was matte it is a little bit i would say,am just a really big fan of this lipstick!

WINTER;
this is mac velvet teddy now there is many other lipsticks i could have put for winter but this is really what i wear everywhere i just love it! it is very matte which i like however it does still come out on like Costa coffee lids and things,but i can deal with it.i do want to a that you really should add lip balm i just put an eos on then my lips feel less tight.i think it is just a beautiful colour and i cant get enough of it!

hey hey!

so as 1 out of the many teenagers out there who have to face school everyday

i thought hey why not talk about it!

my school life is fairly simply i have many friends some i only speak to every now and then but some i can talk to for ages,

i like to see myself as one of those people who just gets on with everyone which i do,but i have my besties like you probably do.

you know the people who you can tell anything to?

my friends are what make my school life on a level of sort of great!

am still waiting for a book that is wrote from a teenagers point of view,they probably is one out there but i haven't found it yet!

sometimes high school for me can be very lonely seen as though nearly all my friends have boyfriends,but am cool with that.

i could rant all day about school about makeup rules and all the other daft rules they have but i would be wasting my energy because who is really going to listen to a 13 year old girl who writes blogs?

the one thing i disagree with most about school is that teachers are allowed to shout at you but that's just me!

school is like this big hot mess that everyone wants to ignore but the reality of it s we cant we have to face it and the more you ignore it the more it will just haunt you in the future!

(am writing this a btit late so i probably will do a part 2 maybe!)
